We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, eligible domestic orders may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 3 days of delivery.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Select Mifland leather goods are individually made to order, allowing each piece to receive the time and attention required of our leatherwork. These pieces may require additional preparation time, which will be noted on the product page.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment or production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

- Eligible items may be exchanged, subject to availability.

- Returns are issued as store credit only.

- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.

- Leather goods are final sale.

- Items discounted 5% or more are final sale.

- Exchanges and store credit returns are available for domestic orders only. International orders are final sale.

- Damaged or incorrect items require a photo when submitting your request.

CHECKOUT+

Add Checkout+ at checkout for hassle-free exchanges and eligible store credit returns. Checkout+ includes a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost and must be purchased with the original order.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

Package Protection can be added at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

For protected orders that are lost, stolen, or arrive damaged, submit a claim through our portal for an eligible replacement or refund.

Orders without Package Protection are not covered by Mifland for loss or theft after shipment and may require a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
