All items are made to order with a 2-5 business day(s) build time from when purchased through the online shop. There is a 24 hour timeframe from purchase if an order needs to be cancelled. We here at Mifland want to make sure you can use your Mifland Rucksack Daily and support the upkeep and Maintenance of your investment.

BY PURCHASING FROM MIFLAND.COM YOU AGREE TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OF ITEM ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND ITEM IS SHIPPED THROUGH OUR CHANNELS (FEDEX OR USPS). WE DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF THERE IS A DELAY OR ANY EXCEPTION TO DELIVERY ( LOST OR STOLEN ) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH SHIPPING AGENT (FEDEX or USPS).

Shipping: Domestic & International

WE DO NOT EDIT OR CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON ANY ORDER. WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED UPON PLACING ORDER

All Orders are shipped out 2 - 5 Days after order is placed and shipping times vary on time of year (holidays) & country. All international orders can be as short as 4 days and sometimes up to 15 days depending on many factors ( weather, holidays, customs, etc.) We here at Mifland are always available to help locate your orders the best we can. All domestic orders come with tracking and international orders do vary depending upon country and shipping service. 

Repairs & Servicing

We accept repairs with a lead time of 2 - 4 weeks depending on what needs to be refreshed.  All expenses (minus labor) will be the responsibility of the owner. Our team works diligently to get all products out Immediately. For items such as straps that experience normal wear and tear. We do not replace worn out back pack shoulder straps. Please contact info@mifland.com for replacement purchase option.
